서비스 약관

1. 서비스에 대하여

howtodraw.cloud(이하 "서비스")는 브라우저에서 클라우드 아키텍처 다이어그램을 그리고 공유하는 무료 웹 편집기입니다. 개인이 취미로 운영하는 커뮤니티 프로젝트이며, 유료 요금제나 판매 상품이 없습니다.

이 약관은 howtodraw.cloud에서 제공되는 서비스의 이용에 적용됩니다. 서비스의 소스 코드 자체는 MIT 라이선스를 따르며, 코드의 사용 조건은 해당 라이선스가 정합니다.

2. 계정

편집기는 로그인 없이도 완전하게 동작합니다. 저장·동기화·갤러리 기능을 쓰려면 Google 계정으로 로그인해야 하며, 이때 개인정보 처리는 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다. 계정 접근 권한의 관리와 계정으로 이루어진 활동에 대한 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다.

3. 이용자가 만든 콘텐츠

이용자가 만든 다이어그램의 권리는 이용자에게 있습니다. 서비스는 다이어그램을 저장하고, 이용자가 정한 공개 범위대로 보여주기 위해 필요한 범위에서만 콘텐츠를 저장·처리· 표시합니다. 그 밖의 용도로 이용하지 않습니다.

다이어그램을 전체 공개로 설정하면 갤러리에 목록으로 노출되며, 누구나 열람하고 자신의 편집기로 복사해 활용할 수 있습니다. 공개하지 않을 정보는 공개 다이어그램에 담지 마십시오. 공개 범위는 언제든지 되돌릴 수 있지만, 공개되어 있는 동안 이미 복사된 내용까지 되돌릴 수는 없습니다.

4. 금지 행위

• 법령을 위반하거나 타인의 권리를 침해하는 콘텐츠를 올리는 행위
• 타인의 개인정보나 비밀정보를 동의 없이 올리는 행위
• 악성 코드를 포함한 파일을 업로드하거나 배포하는 행위
• 다른 이용자의 데이터에 접근하려 시도하거나 인증 절차를 우회하려는 행위
• 자동화 도구 등으로 서비스에 과도한 부하를 발생시켜 다른 이용자의 이용을 방해하는 행위

5. 신고와 조치

공개된 다이어그램은 로그인한 이용자가 신고할 수 있습니다. 일정 수 이상의 서로 다른 이용자가 신고하면 해당 다이어그램은 갤러리에서 자동으로 숨겨집니다. 숨김은 삭제가 아니며, 다이어그램은 작성자에게 그대로 남고 검토 후 복구될 수 있습니다. 운영자는 이 약관을 위반하는 콘텐츠를 숨기거나 삭제할 수 있습니다.

6. 서비스의 변경과 중단

무료로 제공되는 서비스이므로, 기능이 바뀌거나 서비스 제공이 중단될 수 있습니다. 서비스를 종료하는 경우 이용자가 데이터를 가져갈 수 있도록 합리적인 기간을 두고 미리 안내합니다.

모든 다이어그램은 언제든 완전한 .json 파일로 내려받을 수 있고, 이 파일은 서비스 없이도 편집기에서 열립니다. 서버에만 존재하는 형식은 만들지 않는다는 것이 이 프로젝트의 원칙 입니다.

7. 보증의 부인과 책임의 제한

서비스는 있는 그대로(as is) 제공되며, 특정 목적에의 적합성이나 무중단·무결함 동작을 보증하지 않습니다. 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위에서, 운영자는 서비스 이용으로 발생한 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.

중요한 작업물은 직접 .json 파일로 내려받아 보관하시기를 권합니다.

8. 약관의 변경

이 약관이 바뀌면 이 페이지에 새로운 시행일과 함께 게시합니다. 변경된 약관의 시행일 이후에도 서비스를 계속 이용하면 변경에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

9. 준거법

이 약관은 대한민국 법을 준거법으로 하며, 분쟁은 대한민국 법원을 관할 법원으로 합니다.

This is an English translation of the Korean terms. If the two ever disagree, the Korean text governs.

1. About the Service

howtodraw.cloud (the "Service") is a free, browser-based editor for drawing and sharing cloud architecture diagrams. It is a community project run by an individual; there is no paid tier and nothing is sold.

These terms govern use of the Service hosted at howtodraw.cloud. The source code itself is under the MIT license, which governs use of the code.

2. Accounts

The editor works fully without an account. Saving, syncing, and the gallery require signing in with Google; data handling is described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for activity that happens under it.

3. Your content

You own the diagrams you make. The Service stores, processes, and displays your content only as needed to save it and to show it at the visibility you chose. It is not used for anything else.

Setting a diagram to public lists it in the gallery, where anyone can view it and copy it into their own editor. Do not put anything in a public diagram that you would not want shared. You can change the visibility back at any time, but that cannot undo copies already made while it was public.

4. What you may not do

• Post content that breaks the law or infringes someone else's rights.
• Post other people's personal or confidential information without consent.
• Upload or distribute malicious files.
• Try to reach another user's data or bypass authentication.
• Place excessive automated load on the Service in a way that degrades it for others.

5. Reports and moderation

Signed-in users can report a published diagram. Once enough distinct users report one, it is automatically hidden from the gallery. Hiding is not deletion — the diagram stays with its author and can be restored after review. The operator may hide or remove content that breaks these terms.

6. Changes to and discontinuation of the Service

The Service is free, so features may change and the Service may be discontinued. If it is shut down, reasonable notice will be given so you can take your data with you.

Every diagram can be downloaded at any time as a complete .json file that opens in the editor with the service switched off. Never creating a server-only format is a standing rule of this project.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided as is, without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or of uninterrupted, error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for damages arising from use of the Service.

Keep your own copies of work that matters — download it as .json.

8. Changes to these terms

Changes are posted on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept them.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes fall to the courts of the Republic of Korea.
